The ENDO ERP-06E is a lightweight tool balancer with a load capacity of 0.3–0.6 kg and a working stroke of 1.5 m. It is suitable for suspending small tools such as electric screwdrivers at electronics assembly, precision component assembly, and repetitive workstations.
A handle-operated spring adjustment allows the tension to be matched to the suspended load, helping support tool weight and reduce handling effort. The unit features a 2.0 mm suspension cord and weighs approximately 0.4 kg.
Include the tool and moving accessories when calculating the total load. Check that the load remains within the specified range and that the stroke suits the workstation layout.
