Features
A large pass/fail LED helps prevent defects. Transmission errors or abnormal fastening torque can be identified immediately from the LED on the tool.
Battery life is approximately 5 times that of the previous product.* Continuous operating time has increased from 5 hours for the previous FHD product to 24 hours. A full day of use without battery replacement reduces battery cost and replacement work. (* For FD models; FDD models provide approximately 12 hours of continuous operation.)
The receiver has been updated to the R-CM receiver with an interchangeable wireless module.
The transmitter LCD displays the fastening torque.
A smaller transmitter improves handling compared with the previous product. It can be mounted on a 25N･m-class torque wrench, such as CSP25N3, for work in confined spaces and low-torque fastening.
Settings can be configured easily from a computer. The setting software is available as a free download from the TOHNICHI website. After connecting the SB-FH2 setting box to a computer with an RS232C cable, settings can be sent wirelessly to the FD/FDD transmitter and the R-CM+M-FD receiver.
[FDD feature] 2nd-tightening detection: a gyro sensor monitors angle to prevent bolts from being tightened twice. Fastener-count error proofing and fastening-torque data management provide reliable torque control. Conversion from an FD model is also available.
