DX grinding wheels are diamond grinding stones for efficient surface grinding and can be used like GC grinding stones. Polishing of non-ferrous metals such as cemented carbides, ceramics, and difficult-to-cut materials such as composite molds also exhibits excellent sharpness. There are two types of DX grindstones to choose from depending on the application. The grinding ratio of the S (soft) type is40times that of the GC, and the grinding ratio of the H (hard) type is200times that of the GC.
Type S is compatible with dry and wet. The H-type is only compatible with drywall. In addition, it is economical because it can be easily decorated with raw materials.
