Operating principle

The VQ series is a tuning-fork level sensor with a built-in piezoelectric element. The element vibrates the fork at a fixed frequency. The frequency changes when the fork is immersed in liquid, and the piezoelectric element detects this change to output the presence or absence of liquid.
