- The motor, reducer and drum are separate assemblies for maintenance access.
- The motor cover is designed for straightforward removal and installation.
- Removing the motor cover provides access to the motor and gears for inspection, cleaning, lubrication and repair.
- A manual brake-release handle on the motor allows a suspended load to be lowered to a safe position during a power interruption or similar emergency.
